• How much does your cleaning service costs?

  • Do you charge a fix rate for all cleaning visits?

    The initial clean is charged at an hourly rate. Once our cleaning crew has determined the level of maintenance needed to keep your home or office clean, we can agree on a flat fee for all future, regularly scheduled visits (weekly, every two weeks, monthly, etc.)

  • What type of insurance do you carry? Are you licensed or bonded?

    We are a licensed business, bonded and carry liability insurance of up to $1,000,000. We also provide worker's compensation for our employees, as required by law.

  • Do I have to be home during each visit?

    That is your option. You may give us a key to be safely stored in our lock box with cross-referenced security. Only the owner and/or office manager can access the lock box and the keys are only given to the crew prior to each cleaning appointment. At the end of the day, the same keys must be returned to management before they are allowed to leave the office.

  • How many people are there in your crew?

    Our teams are normally made up of three (3) people although on some occassions, we may send two people. On some special circumstances, we may send four (4) people. This usually happens when time is of the essence and we need to get your property cleaned quickly and thoroughly.

  • How Do I Know I Can Trust Your crew?

    We pride ourselves on attracting the best crew available. We pay our crew well and provide them with a safe, happy environment to work with. We screen our crew carefully, we train meticulously, and for your peace of mind and protection, we insure properly and adequately. We do all this so that you can have the highest confidence to trust our people with the care of your home.

  • Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

    We provide all cleaning products and equipment so you never have to worry about replenishing your supplies. If you have special cleaning products you want us to use, please discuss this with us first.

  • Do you guarantee a day and time of your visit?

    We guarantee a specific day and an estimated time frame. Due to ever-changing daily conditions (traffic, longer cleaning times, unexpected events, etc.) we are unable to commit to a specific time but do provide you with a 30 to 45 minute window of our arrival. If you need a time guarantee, feel free to call us. Within reason, we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel the service?

    Simply call, text or email us at least 24 hours prior to your cleaning visit. We will try to accommodate any rescheduling request as long as our schedule allows it. If you cancel the service in less than 24 hours from the scheduled service date, we will charge a cancellation fee of $50.

    Please keep in mind that we do not overbook our schedule. So, if you need to reschedule a cleaning without proper notice, we will not have enough opportunity to fill the schedule with another client. This decreases our crew?s wages and affects our business' bottom line. Without consistent income, we cannot retain the best people to clean for you. Respecting our procedure for rescheduling help ensure you will get the best cleaning service possible.

  • How Shall I Pay for My Cleaning?

    You may pay by cash, check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Payment is due at time of service. If you do not intend to be present at the time of your cleaning, you may choose to leave the payment on the kitchen counter the morning of our visit. If you choose to pay by credit card, we can keep your credit card information on file at the office. Charges will then be applied once each cleaning visit is completed. Please note that a fee will be assessed ($20) for all returned checks.
